The firm's principal, Michelle Ross, combines her many years of experience in selling luxury real estate to high-net-worth individuals with her passion for design and natural aesthetic talent to successfully deliver the envisioned lifestyle for her clients. She achieves this by combining timeless principles with classic details and modern lines.

Ross's earlier years were spent managing households for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and celebrities, during which she developed her love for design and aesthetics while attending meetings with notable designers, including Barbara Barry. In 2011, Ross co-founded MMD Realty, a leading South Florida luxury real estate firm, with NFL legend Dan Marino. In this role, she was instrumental in achieving record-breaking sales of luxury properties from Miami to the Palm Beaches.

Upon relocating to the Bahamas, Ross pursued her love of design and founded MR Design Solutions. Her extensive experience in listing, staging, and selling luxury real estate gives her a unique advantage that benefits her exclusive clients. When consulting during projects' pre-design and design stages, she implements parameters to yield the highest return on investment. Notable examples of this principle include a complete condominium renovation purchased for $875,000, improved with $210,000, and sold a year later for $2,020,000, as well as a design-build in Nassau, Bahamas, that cost $8.5 million and sold for $24 million USD two years later.

MR Design Solutions is a full-service design consulting and project development firm. Michelle Ross divides her time between the Bahamas, South Florida, and Ontario, Canada, with her husband and Golden Doodle, Bailey.
